Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Sistem Remunerasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Kantor Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas Iia Pekanbaru
Class IIA Pekanbaru Penitentiary has a duty to carry out periodic and ongoing coaching for prisoners with the intention that the prisoners realized his mistake and was no longer willing committing a crime and become citizens who are responsible for themselves, their families and communities. Therefore, to achieve maximum work, the agencies must have qualified human resources, for the purpose of these institutions can be achieved with the maximum. This study aims to analyze the Leadership and Remuneration Systems for Employee Performance with Motivation as Intervening Variables.
Research was conducted on Correctional Officer Class IIA Pekanbaru, the number of samples used were as many as 122 employees. data collection techniques using questionnaires, and data analysis tool path analysis with SPSS version 23.
The results showed that: 1) There Influence of leadership and motivation system of remuneration to the employee 2) There Influence of leadership and remuneration systems to employee performance. 3) There Influence of leadership and remuneration systems to employee performance through employee motivation. 4) There is an influence of employee work motivation on employee performance.
Based on the results of the study, the Class IIA Pekanbaru Penitentiary should be able to address the issue of employee motivation and employee performance, especially with regard to leadership, and the remuneration system.
