This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance, the effect of education and training on employee performance, and the effect of occupational safety and health on employee performance. The population were employees of PT. Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper Pangkalan Kerinci Pelalawan Regency as bis as 378 people. The samples were taken randomly as big as 80 persons.
Based on the results of research and discussion that have been done, they can be concluded that the work dicipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper Pangkalan Kerinci. It means that the more disiplined employee at work, The higher the employee's performance will be, The education and training have a positive and significant impact on performance. It can be stated that the more often employees are given education and training in work, the higher the employee's performance will be , The occupational safety and health have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. It can be said that the better the occupational health and safety program in the company, the higher the employee's performance will be.
