study aims to determine the effect the price of bread, income and number of family members on the demand for bakery in the city of Pekanbaru The study population was all people in the city of Pekanbaru, namely 929,247 inhabitants. The large number of samples in this study was calculated by the Slovin formula so that the number of samples was 100 samples. The sampling technique in this study is non probability sampling. Measurements made in this study are using a questionnaire while the analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS program. Based on the research results obtained that the price of bread, income and the number of family members to the demand for bakery in the city of Pekanbaru. This can be seen from the results of the F test or the simultaneous test which obtained a significant value of 0,000 less than 0.05 so that simultaneously the price of bread, income and the number of family members to the demand for bakery in the city of Pekanbaru and subsequently partially the price of bread has a significant negative effect on the demand for bakery in Pekanbaru with a significant value of 0.001, then income has a positive and significant effect on demand for bakery in Pekanbaru City with a significant value of 0,000 and the number of family members has a positive and significant effect on demand for bakery in Pekanbaru City with a sign value if 0.001, where the three variables are parcally, the significance value is less than 0.05.
