Analisis Efektifitas Dan Alokasi Belanja Desa Di Kecamatan Pulau Burung Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir Provinsi Riau

This research aims to determine,the effectiveness and village expenditures vocational allocation in pulau Burung, the development of the village seen from the Village Index Building (IDM). In this research, the author uses quantitative descriptive analysis method. The results of this research indicate budget level effectiveness of the use of budget revenue expenditure in 2017 has an effective tendency seen from the percentage results is more than 90%. Furthermore, Budget from 11 villages in 2018 declared effective, while 1 village declared more than effective. With a percentage in eleven villages that is above 90% while 1 village is more than 100%, for expenditure in the field of village administration in 2017 and 2018 is effective, the field of village development in 2017 is effective while 2018 has increased very effectively, the field of guidance the effectiveness of society in 2017 but in 2018 has decreased in how different it becomes quite effective, for the field of community empowerment in 2017 it is not effective but 2018 has increased to be effective. For allocations in 2017 and 2018 allocations are strengthened for the field of development in 2017 amounting to 60% in 2018 amounting to 59% of 2018 allocations for government administration in 2017 and 2018 allocations totaling 30% for the area of community empowerment in 2017 allocation of 9 % of this amount according to 2018 expenditure allocation is only 7%, the area of community development is increasing in 2018 by 3% in the previous year only 1% of the total expenditure allocation and than that 6 villages in Pulau Burung still has a low village index figure. The reason is infrastructure in the village is very weak.
