Corn and Cattle Integration System (CCIS) is an activity that combines the corn farming sector and the cattle farm sector so as to increase productivity and profitability. The purpose of this research is to know the members' perception of the role of farmer groups, to know the member's perception of institutional aspects and objectives of farmer groups, to analyze the relationship between roles and institutional aspects of farmer groups, and to analyse the relationship between role and purpose of farmer groups in implementing CCIS in Tenayan Raya district Pekanbaru city. This research was conducted in Tenayan Raya district of Pekanbaru in February to July 2019. The research method used is a survey method with sampling techniques performed in purposive sampling. The results showed that members' perception of the role of farmer groups in supporting the implementation of CCIS included the "good enough" category. The perception of members on the implementation of institutional aspects is "good", but towards achieving the goal of the farmer group "is not very good". The correlation that occurs between the institutional aspects of sub variables of the norm with the role variables of the farmer group as learning class is a strong unidirectional correlation, whereas correlation occurs between institutional aspects of sub-variable values, norms and behaviors with role variables of farmer groups as production units and cooperation rides have a weaker correlation. The correlation that occurs between farmer group role variables as production units with the purpose of better business in sub variable farmer group is a strong unidirectional correlation, while correlation that occurs between farmer group role variables as learning class And the cooperation rides with the objectives of the better farming sub-variable and better living groups have a weak correlation.
