The purpose of this study is To develop children's early reading skills in children's learning through the media of guessing images in children group B TK Wahidin Bagansiapiapi kecamatan Bangko Kabupaten Rokan Hilir 2017/2018 academic year. This study is a classroom action study conducted at TK Wahidin Bagansiapiapi Kecamatan Bangko Kabupaten Rokan Hilir 2017/2018 academic year, The number of samples in this study were 20 children consisting of 12 boys and 8 girls. Data collected children's early reading skills through observation and field notes. Data analysis technique used is a comparative analysis, which compares the result of performance indicators targeted children. The results of data analysis showed that there is an early development of children's reading ability through the media guess figure. This is known from the results of each cycle, namely the ability to read through the initial media image before the cycle 38,13%, Cycle I rose to 45,30% and in the second cycle rose to 70,50%. Thus it can be concluded that through the media guess images can develop early child's reading ability.
