Pengaruh Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja Dan Semangat Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Pada Pt. Perkebunan Nusantara V Unit Kebun Inti Sei Galuh
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of quality of work life and
morale to organizational commitments. Analyzing the effect of quality of work life
on organizational commitments. Analyzing the effect of morale on organizational
commitment.
The population in this study were employees who worked in PT.
Perkebunan Nusantara V Unit Kebun Sei Galuh totaling 242 people. The sample
in this study were 74 people. The data used in this study are primary and
secondary data, while data collection techniques are using questionnaires. The
data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS) method.
The results of this study indicate that quality of work life and morale
affect organizational commitments. Quality of work life influences organizational
commitments. This shows that quality of work life can determine the level of
organizational commitments. This shows that quality of work life is very important
in determining organizational commitments. The better the quality of work life,
the higher organizational commitment will be. Morale influences organizational
commitments.This shows that morale is important in determining organizational
commitments. The higher morale by employees, the organizational commitments
will increase.
