Analisis Kelayakan Finansial Usaha Dagang Rahayu Ak Di Kota Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility of Rahayu AK Trading
Business in Pekanbaru City. Rahayu AK Trading Business is the only UMKM
currently producing processed organic chicken. This research uses the case study
method. The research data consists of primary data and secondary data. Data
analysis is performed by using three investment criterias, namely Net Present
Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio, (Net B/C), and Internal Rate of Return
(IRR). The result of the study concludes that the business activities carried out by
UD Rahayu AK is financially feasible, it is indicated by the positive business NPv
value of Rp4.960.950.934, - the Net B / C value is greater than one, namely 6,94
and the IRR value is greater than Social Opportunity Cost of Capital (SOCC) of
40,53%. The result of the sensitivity analysis towards the increase in the price of
the main raw material, namely organic chicken is 13%, and a decrease in the
supply of organic chicken is 20%, it indicates that this business is still financially
feasible.
