Peran Kelembagaan Penyuluhan Petani Kelapa Sawit Pola Swadaya Dalam Menerapkan Ispo (Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil) Di Kecamatan Ukui Kabupaten Pelalawan

ABSTRACT
The role of institutions counseling is one of the factors critical success in
Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) program, that is an obligation or
conceptual that must be applied in Permentan 11th 2015. Perception and the role
of institutional counseling in determine success of ISPO by farmer is the purpose
this research in Ukui sub-district Pelalawan district. This reaserch is using survey
method, the research population is the self-subsistent farmer at the sulf-subsistent
Amanah Association in Trimulya Jaya village who has certification with the total
farmers are 318. For the taking sample of the research is random sampling by
using slovin formula with the total sampling 76 farmers. The result of this research
is illustrating that sulf-subsistent farmer in application of ISPO has very good
perception with 3.32 score and institutional counseling farmer also has very good
perception with 3.45 score in application of ISPO.
