This study aims to determine the effect of the combination of AB mix nutrition with LOF tofu wastewater on the growth and yield of lettuce plants and get the combination of AB mix with LOF tofu liquid waste for the best growth and yield of lettuce plants hydroponically. The study was conducted at the Experimental Garden Screening House of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau University, from September to October 2019. The study used a non-factorial randomized block design (RBD), consisting of a comparison of nutritional treatments, namely: 100 % AB mix + 0 % LOF tofu liquid waste, 75 % AB mix + 25% LOF tofu liquid waste, 50 % AB mix + 50 % LOF tofu liquid waste, 25 % AB-mix + 75 % POC tofu liquid waste, 100 % LOF of tofu liquid waste + 0 % AB mix, consisting of 4 replications. The parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, leaf length, leaf width, root length, fresh weight, root volume and weight suitable for consumption. The results showed the of nutrition treatment 100 % AB mix, combination 50 % AB mix + 50 % LOF tofu liquid waste and 25 % AB mix + 75% LOF tofu liquid waste showed similar results but higher results of giving a combination of 75 % AB mix + 25 % LOF of tofu wastewater in the leaf number parameter is 11.12 strands, fresh weight is 66.40 g and the proper weight is 58.31 g. Based on the results of the research that has been done, to get good growth and yield of lettuce cultivated hydroponically can use a combination of AB mix with tofu liquid waste LOF, with a ratio of 25% AB mix with 75% LOF of tofu liquid waste.
