Pengaruh Pemberian Giberelin Dan Pupuk Fosfor Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Tanaman Tomat (Lycopersicum Esculentum Mill.)

This study aims to determine the effect of better doses of phosphorus
fertilizer at various concentrations of gibberellins, better concentrations of
gibberellins at various doses of phosphorus fertilizer, better effect of phosphorus
and gibberellins on growth and production of tomato plants (Lycopersicum
esculentum Mill.). The study was conducted in the Experimental Garden of the
Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau, in February to May 2018. This
research was an experiment that used a divided plot design using a Completely
Randomized Design consisting of six treatments and four replications. The
treatment given consisted of as main plots of giberelin concentration (50, 100 and
150) ppm, as subplots dose of phosphorus fertilizer (50, 100 and 150) kg.ha-1. The
parameters observed were the height of tomato plants, stem diameter of tomato
plants, age of first emergence of flowers, number of tomato flowers per plant, age
of first harvest of tomato plants, number of tomatoes per plant, weight of tomatoes
per plant, number of tomato seeds per plant. The data obtained were analyzed
using variance analysis and continued with Duncans New Multiple Range Test
(DNMRT) at 5% level. Giving phosphorus fertilizer 150 kg.ha-1 and gibberellins
150 ppm is better in increasing the stem diameter of the widest tomato plants, the
age of the first flower emergence of tomato plants and the number of tomato
flowers per plant.
