Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Panen Kelapa Sawit Pt. Surya Bratasena Plantation Di Kecamatan Pangkalan Kuras Kabupaten Pelalawan
ABSTRACT
This research is based on the problems that occurred at PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation, namely the performance of harvest employees who are varied and there is a fairly large range between harvest employees on the performance of harvest employees. Factors that improve the performance of harvest employees are paying attention to satisfaction and motivation. The research objectives are (1) determine the level of satisfaction of harvest employees at PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation, (2) determine the level of motivation of harvest employees at PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation, (3) analyze the relationship of satisfaction to performance of harvest employees at PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation, and (4) analyze the relationship of motivation to performance of harvest employees at PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation. This study used a simple random sampling method with a total of 74 samples. Data collection in this study was carried out through interview techniques with the help of questionnaires that had been arranged systematically. The results showed that the level of satisfaction was 3.94 in good category and the motivation level of harvest employees was 3.27 in good enough category. Spearman rank calculation between satisfaction with harvest employee performance obtained a significance value of 0.997 meaning that there is no relationship satisfaction with harvest employee performance at PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation. The calculation of the spearman rank of motivation on the performance of harvest employees, a significance value of 0.004 means that there is a relationship between motivation and the performance of harvest employees at PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation.
