Analisis Hubungan Patron-Klien (Hubungan Tauke Dengan Petani Kelapa Sawit Di Desa Petapahan Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar)
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted in Petapahan Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. The sampling method is a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis methods are descriptive analysis, Cartesian diagram analysis, Spearman correlation analysis and fishbein's multi-attribute attitude model. The results show that the farmers prefer to use tauke’s transportation service to sell their palm oil. Cash payments, lending, appointments, fast and good service, and the availability of production facilities the best attributes and must be maintained by the collecting traders. Between the farmer’s characteristics and satisfaction level, found that the farming characteristic experience were significantly related to the price attribute with the value is 0,222*, the production characteristics were very significantly related to the prepayment attribute with the value is 0,266**, the farmer's income characteristics were significantly related to the prepayment attribute with the value is 0,251*, and the farmers' expenditure characteristics are significantly related to the prepayment attribute with the value is 0,247*. While the expectation level and the total family burden characteristics were related significant to the cash payment attribute with the value is 0,208*, the income characteristics are significantly related to the friend’s with advice attribute with the value is 0,247*, and farmer’s attitude to the trade collector classified to the neutral category.
