Pengaruh Motivasi Berprestasi Dan Efikasi Diri Terhadap Etos Kerja Guru Perempuan Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Sinaboi Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
This study aims to describe the effect of Achievement Motivation and Self-
Efficacy on the Work Ethic of Female Teachers in SD Negeri Sinaboi District,
Rokan Hilir Regency. The background of the problem in this study is that female
teachers in SD Negeri Sinaboi District, Rokan Hilir Regency, do not yet have a
high or sufficient work ethic, as there are still teachers who are not creative both
in providing learning and in terms of working and carrying out their duties as
teachers. honesty and seem to think it is something of little value even though in a
teacher having an honest nature is the main and important value. Then, the low
rationality of teachers, especially in utilizing information technology media in the
implementation of learning, the skills and abilities of teachers in learning, the use
of learning media, assessment of learning outcomes, implementation of learning,
and so on. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative research and
survey method with correlational research (correlational research). The data
collection technique used was a questionnaire with 49 respondents from 94
female elementary school teachers in Sinaboi District, Rokan Hilir Regency who
were randomly selected as samples using the Slovin formula. The research
method was carried out, namely the respondents gave responses to the
questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale consisting of five answer choices,
namely Always, Often, Sometimes, Rarely, and Never. Analysis of the data used is
descriptive and inferential statistics.
Based on the data analysis, it was found that there was a significant
influence between the achievement motivation variable (X1) on the work ethic of
female teachers (Y) at the State Elementary School, Sinaboi District, Rokan Hilir
Regency, and the effect was 21.3% with a low interpretation, because there were
still 78, 7% was determined by other factors that were not part of this study;
Furthermore, there was a significant effect between the self-efficacy variables
(X2) on the work ethic of female teachers at the State Elementary School, Sinaboi
District, Rokan Hilir Regency and the magnitude of the effect was 24.1% with a
low interpretation, because there was still 75.9% determined by other factors that
were not part of this study; and Obtained a significant effect between the
variables of achievement motivation (X1) and self-efficacy (X2) on the work ethic
of female teachers (Y) at the State Elementary School, Sinaboi District, Rokan
Hilir Regency and the effect was 29.2% with a low interpretation, because there
were still 70 .8% was determined by other factors that were not part of this study.
