Rancang Bangun Kunci Kotak Amal Mesjid Menggunakan Sidik Jari Berbasis Arduino
Regular door locks are prone to the risk of being missed or lost. In a person there is
something very special, namely fingerprints that can be used as natural keys. In this
study, a key device was designed to be used in charity boxes using a fingerprint sensor
(Fingeprint). In the charity box lock system, the fingerprint sensor (Fingeprint) will be
input by the user's finger which will provide data to the microcontroller for processing
which will then give orders to the solenoid to unlock the charity box. There are 2 push
buttons, one of which is used to record fingerprints and the other is to reset. This tool
is also equipped with an LCD which aims to display status information when finger
sticking is done. From the test results, it can be concluded that the design of the charity
box lock using an Arduino-based fingerprint sensor has been successfully implemented
according to the design.
