Morfometrik, Meristik Dan Pola Pertumbuhan Ikan Paweh (Osteochilus Hasselti C.V) Di Danau Bunter Desa Pangkalan Baru Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau
Abstract
Paweh fish (Osteochilus hasselti) is a freshwater fish that lives in the Bunter Lake.
A study aims to determine the morphometric, meristic and growth patterns of O.
hasselti was conducted from January-March 2020. Sampling was carried out 6
times, once/ 2 weeks. The number of fish caught was 125 fishes (72 males and 53
females). The meristical characteristics of the fish was as follow, was Dorsal Fin
(D III. 12-18), Pectoral Fin (P. I. 12-15), Ventral Fin (V. I 7-9), Anal Fin (A. I-II.
5-7), and Caudal Fin (C. 16-12). The number of scale in front of the pre-dorsal fin
was 26, around the body was 22-30, in the caudal peduncle was 16, in the lateral
line was 28-30 and red freckles was 6-9. The length-weight relationship of the fish
from the Bunter Lake shown that the growth of male and female was isometric
with b = 3.0186.
