Makna Gowes Pada Komunitas Sepeda Pekanbaru Roadbike Community

Pandemic covid-19 spread almost throughout Indonesia that caused many
people's lifestyles to change, including the trend of gowes in the community that
made the shift in the function of bicycles that were originally a means of
transportation has shifted into a hobby channel. As a means of channeling the
hobby is one of the reasons a group in pekanbaru city that has a roadbike bike
established a bicycle community called Pekanbaru Roadbike Community.
Standing on the basis of hobby equations with a variety of different professions
between members of the bicycle community, such as lecturers, doctors, business
people, to students. But with a variety of different professions, does not close
communication between members of the pekanbaru bicycle community Roadbike
Community to channel hobbies and maintain their health by carrying out
gowes.This is a social action oriented towards the behavior of others as Alfred
Schutz said about phenomenology. Therefore, fenemona gowes in Pekanbaru
Roadbike Community is the interest of the author to make it a study with a focus
on studies and aims to know the meaning and experience of communication gowes
Pekanbaru Bicycle Community Roadbike Community.
This study uses qualitative research design with phenogi approach.
Informant research numbered 4 people using purposive techniques with the
criteria of informants have credibility, active in the implementation of gowes, and
also excel. Data collection techniques are interviews, observations, and
documentation. Data analysis techniques performed using miles and huberman
interactive data analysis models. To achieve the validity of the data in this study
the authors used triangulation.
The results of this study showed that the phenomenon of gowes
communication in pekanbaru roadbike community creates a sense of solidarity
with a symbol in the form of bamboo shoot logo as the identity of Pekanbaru
Roadbike Community bicycle community. Gowes also provides fun
communication experiences, such as the breadth of friendships and places to
share experiences, the formation of new families, and expanding business
relationships. But gowes also has an unpleasant communication experience as it
is often scolded and once hit by a motorcyclist. From the results of this study the
authors gained an understanding of the relationship between concepts and
observations, each person has a different interpretation related to the meaning
and experience of communication. Therefore, the author hopes in the next study in
order to be able to study in depth to get a new angle of field about the meaning
and experience of communication in phenomenological studies.
