Pengambilan Keputusan Setelah Tamat Sekolah Oleh Siswa/Siswi Kelas Xii Sman 1 Tempuling Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021

The purpose of this study to find out how the students SMAN 1 Tempuling class
XII making decision after graduated and why the students SMAN 1 Tempuling
class XII making decision like that. Theory of this research is decision making
theory and rational choice theory. This research use quantitative analysis method.
The result of this study are the students SMAN 1 Tempuling class XII 2020/2021
lesson year, fall in enough category 60,54%, it means the students capable
enough making decision. The decision were going to university, worked, married
and there is no choice. College decisions consist of 12,40% men and 22,40%
female, work is made up of 17,83% men and 13,95% female, married 2,33% only
for female, last there is no choice 17,05% men and 13,95% female. The reason
making college decisions is to increase the knowledge and making ambition
coming true and making proud parents. Decided working wanted to help family
economy, making business, and carry on the parent business. Decided to marry
because they be ready to marry and have a spouse and feel married is the right
decision, in general the decision to marry after graduating from school mostly
occurs in women. And there is no choice for students have reason doubtful,
confuse,and worry will decide what after graduated.
