Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Keterlibatan Kerja Terhadap Perilaku Sosial Guru Sekolahdasar Di Kecamatan Tanah Putih Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
This study aims to identify the effect of job satisfaction, and job
involvement, either partially or simultaneously on the social behavior of
elementary school teachers in Tanah Putih District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The
study was conducted at 10 elementary schools in Tanah Putih District, Rokan
Hilir Regency. The time of the study was carried out for four months, namely from
January to April 2021. The population in this study were all teachers in
elementary schools in Tanah Putih District, Rokan Hilir Regency, totaling 126
people. The sampling technique used was random sampling with the Slovin
formula. The number of samples taken were 96 teachers in elementary schools in
Tanah Putih District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The research analysis tool uses
descriptive statistics and simple and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that partially 1). There is a positive and
significant effect of job satisfaction on the social behavior of elementary school
teachers in Tanah Putih District, Rokan Hilir Regency. This means that if job
satisfaction is increased, the teacher's social behavior will increase, on the
contrary, the lower the job satisfaction, the lower the teacher's social behavior.
The magnitude of the resulting effect of job satisfaction on the social behavior of
teachers is 40.6. 2). There is a positive and significant effect of work involvement
on the social behavior of elementary school teachers in Tanah Putih District,
Rokan Hilir Regency. This means that work involvement is increased, the
teacher's social behavior will increase, on the contrary the lower the work
involvement, the lower the teacher's social behavior. The magnitude of the
resulting effect of work involvement on the social behavior of teachers is 43.2%.
3). Meanwhile, simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect of job
satisfaction and work involvement on the social behavior of elementary school
teachers in Tanah Putih District, Rokan Hilir Regency. This means that if job
satisfaction and job involvement are increased, the teacher's social behavior will
increase, on the contrary, the lower the job satisfaction and job involvement, the
lower the teacher's social behavior. The magnitude of the resulting effect of job
satisfaction and work involvement together on the social behavior of teachers is
50.3%.
