Pengaruh Penilaian Kinerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Perkebunan Nusantara V Unit Sei Kencana Kabupaten Kampar
This research is motivated by the importance of human resource
management in the development and progress of the company. In a
company, good human resource management is one way to increase
employee morale. To increase high morale, we need the best workforce to
anticipate the opportunities and challenges of an increasingly competitive
business environment. This research was PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V
Unit Sei Kencana Kampar Regency located desa senama nenek, Kec.
Tapung Hulu, Kab. Kampar, Riau. The purpose of this study is to
determine employee morale PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Unit Sei
Kencana Kampar Regency. The sample of this study was taken as many as
74 people from 291 employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Unit Sei
Kencana Kampar Regency using the slovin formula. In this research, the
method used is descriptive and quantitative. The data obtained from the
results of interviews and the distribution of questionnaires/questionnaires
were then tested statistically through the SPSS program. The analytical
method used in this study is simple and multiple regression analysis, and
through validity and reliability tests. In this study the results obtained are
that performance appraisal has a positive and significant effect on
employee morale, work environment has a positive and significant effect
on employee morale and performance appraisal and work environment has
a positive and significant effect on employee morale
