Pengaruh Kejenuhan Kerja Dan Kompetensi Manajerial Terhadap Kinerja Kepala Sekolah SMP Swasta Se-Kota Pekanbaru

This study aims to describe the effect of job burnout and managerial
competence on the performance of private junior high school principals in
Pekanbaru. The type of research used in this research is correlational research
with a quantitative approach. This research will be carried out in all private
junior high schools throughout Indonesia-Pekanbaru, Riau Province. The
research subjects were 83 principals. To analyze the research data, simple linear
regression and multiple linear regression were used.
Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is an effect of job
burnout on the performance of the principals of private junior high schools in
Pekanbaru. This can be seen from the value of Fcount>Ftable (21.484>3.96) with
