This study aims to find out (1) Management of BUMDes Semangat Baru
in Koto Rajo Village at Kuantan Singingi Regency (2) The factors that influence
the management of the New Spirit BUMDes in Koto Rajo Village, Kuantan
Singing Regency. This study uses the George R. Terry Management theory. This
theory describes the Planning, Organizing, Directing and Supervision which is
applied in the management of the New Spirit BUMDes in Koto Rajo Village,
Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research was conducted using a qualitative
research method with a case study approach. The informant in this study was the
village head of Koto Raje. Dusktu BUMDes of New Spirit and BUMDes staff of
New Spirit of Informants were taken using the purpose campling method. Data
collection was carried out by observation (observation) interviews and
documentation. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis. The results of this
study are that the management of the BUMDes of the Spirit of Banu has been
carried out well and is developing properly, but there are still obstacles faced by
the BUMDes of the BUMDes, namely the lack of community participation in the
development of the BUMDes of the New Spirit. which is still incomplete because
it slows down the management of BADes as well as human resources that are still
lacking because in carrying out the management it is useful to know and
understand the organization in order to achieve the goals that were previously
hoped for.
