Pengaruh Pembiayaan Dan Entrepreneurship Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Efektivitas Madrasah Tsanawiyah Kecamatan Bangko Pusako Kabupaten Rokan Hilir

This Study aims to determine the effect of variables (1) financing on madrasa effectiveness,
(2) principal entrepeneurship on madrasa effectiveness, (3) financing and principal
entrepeneurship together on madrasa effectiveness. The research respondents were Madrasa
Tsanawiyah teachers, Bangko Pusako District, Rokan Hilir Regency, totaling 96 people with
a sample of 77. Data was collected through questionnaires as research instruments. The data
analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferetial statistical analysis. The Instrument
reliability coefficient was calculated using the Cronbach alpha formula. The results showed
that there was a positive and significant effect of principal entrepeneurship on the
effectiveness of madrasas of 0.423. Meanwhile, together, there is an effect of financing and
principal entrepreneurship on the effectiveness of madrasas of 0.519.
