Pemeliharaan Ikan Bawal Air Tawar (Colossoma Macropomum) Pada Sistem Resirkulasi Dengan Penambahan Probiotik Dosis Yang Berbeda
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of giving Kp-Super N
probiotics with different dosages on the growth and survival of freshwater
pomfret. The container used for rearing freshwater pomfret is a round bucket with
a diameter of 60 cm, 45 cm height, volume of 100 L as many as 15 of those with
a gutter filter recirculation system measuring 50 cm x 14 cm x 14 cm and the
addition of bioballs, with a stocking density of 20 tails/80 L of water. This
research used an experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design
(CRD) one factorial, five treatments and three replications. The treatment applied
was the addition of Kp-Super N probiotics which were different from the
recirculation system, where P0 = without Kp-Super N, P1 = 2 ml/80 L water, P2 =
3 ml/80 L water, P3 = 4 ml/80 L water, P4 = 5 ml/80 L of water. The best
treatment in this research was P3 (4 ml/80 L water) with an absolute weight of
23.29 g, a specific growth rate of 5.14%, an absolute length of 5.14 cm, 100%
survival, feed efficiency 93.83%, feed conversion ratio 1.07 and bacterial density.
2.03 X 108. The measured water quality parameters: temperature 26-29.5 0C,
Ammonia (NH3) 0.0019-0.0578 mg/L, Nitrite (NO2) 0.0339-0.927 mg/L, Nitrate
(NO3) 1.066- 2,564 mg/L and Dissolved Oxygen 4.9 – 5.5 mg/L.
