Rancang Bangun Jaringan Saraf Tiruan Untuk Mendeteksi Kelainan Jantung (Aritmia) Melalui Sinyal Elektrokardiogram Menggunakan Perangkat Raspberry Pi
ABSTRACT
Heart health checks are usually done by recording the heart's electrical
signals using an electrocardiogram (EKG). The output of this system is the
electrocardiogram status, namely: ventricular fibrillation, atrial flutter, and atrial
fibrillation plus a normal heart rate for comparison. This system uses an artificial
neural network. Based on experiments using data obtained from the kaggle.com,
the electrocardiogram features in the form of qrs duration, qrs msec, PR interval,
QT interval, and QRST as well as the parameters of age, sex, height, and weight
used as ANN input indicate that the backpropagation method produce the best
performance. This performance is shown with an accuracy of 90%.
