Pemanfaatan Tepung Daun Turi (Sesbania Grandiflora) Difermentasi Dengan Kombucha Dalam Pakan Buatan Untuk Meningkatkan Pertumbuhanbenih Ikan Gurami (Osphronemus Gouramy) Riau
Abstract
The research was conducted at experimental pond, Fisheries and Marine Science Faculty, Riau University and carried out from September to November 2021. This study aimed to determine the effect of using turi leaf flour (Sesbaniagrandiflora) fermented with Kombucha in artificial feed on the growth of gouramy fry (Osphronemusgouramy). This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with one factor the level 5treatment and 3 replications with the result that needing 15 experiment units. The gouramy seeds used were 3 ± 0.28 cm long and an average weight of 1.47 ± 0.07 g. The test fish were put into cages with a stocking density of 20 fish/m3. The test feed used was in the form of pellets with a protein content of 30%. The treatment in this study was the use of fermented turi leaf flour in feed of 0, 15, 30, 45, 60%. The test feed was given as much as 10% of the weight of the biomass with a frequency of feeding 3 times a day, feeding was carried out for 56 days. To measure the digestibility of fish feed, feed containing 0.5% Cr2O3 of the total feed was given. The test fish measuring 3 ± 0.28 cm were put into an aquarium with a stocking density of 10 fish/m3. After feeding, fish feces were collected and dried to measure the levels of Cr2O3 and protein. The results of this study indicate that the best treatment is in P2, the use of 30% fermented turi leaf flour which produces feed digestibility 47.37%, protein digestibility 65.19%, feed efficiency 31.48%, protein retention 20.11%, growth rate 3.30% specificity and 100% survival.
