Eranan Pemeriksaan Ct Scan Kepala Pada Pasien Trauma Kapitis Yang Di Lakukan Visum Et Repertum Di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Pekanbaru Periode 2016-2020
CT-Scan (Computed Tomography Scanning) is one of the diagnostic radiological examinations that can be applied universally for the examination of all organs of the body. One of its functions is to detect the condition of soft tissue and hard tissue of the head in head trauma so that it can provide information on making Visum et repertum. CT scan is also an option in the examination of head injuries. This study aims to determine the role of head CT Scan examination in head trauma patients who underwent visum et repertum at Bhayangkara Hospital Pekanbaru for the 2016-2020 period. The research design used is a retrospective descriptive of the Visum et Repertum (VeR) data for head trauma at Bhayangkara Hospital Pekanbaru for the 2016-2020 period. Of the 33 cases, the most indications for a head CT scan were post-traumatic headache as many as 14 cases, with the most frequent head CT scan findings found in the form of normal findings in 14 cases with an abnormal picture in the form of fractures in 7 cases. The results of the findings that the most common types of injuries experienced by victims of head trauma who underwent a CT scan of the head were bruises as many as 14 cases out of 33 cases.
