Gambaran Pasien Hemofilia Rawat Inap Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Tahun 2018-2021
Hemophilia is an inherited disorder in the blood, where the blood can’t clot normally due to a deficiency of the blood clotting factors is factor VIII or IX which fuction in the blood clotting process. Hemophilia is hereditary and congenital caused by mutations in the X chromosome, characterized by decreased activation of factor VIII or IX. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of hemophilia hospitalized patients at Arifin Achmad hospital in Riau province year 2018 - 2021. This study is descriptive study using medical records. The results of this study obtained as many as 55 hemophilia patients of hospitalized at Arifin Achmad Hospital. The majority of hemophilia hospitalized patients due to bleeding with the most hemophilia patients age between 2-10 years (47,3%), all hemophilia patients found were male (100%), the most common type of hemophilia are hemophilia A (85,5%), mostly with severe level hemophilia (56,4%), with the most clinical manifestation was joint bleeding (30.9%), and the most common type of hemophilia bleeding was internal bleeding (58.2%). This research is expected to provide data and knowledge for further research.
