Pengaruh Hasil Fermentasi Limbah Cair Pembesaran Ikan Patin Budidaya Terhadap Kelimpahan Spirulina Sp. Pada Media Air Gambut
ABSTRACT
Aquaculture liquid waste as well as peat water is rich in organic matter. The organic matter content in the peat water, however, may be not sufficient to culture Spirulina sp. and addition of aquaculture liquid waste may be necessary. To understand the effects of EM-4 fermented aquaculture waste addition on the media of Spirulina sp originated from peat water, a study was conducted on February to March 2022. The CRD (a single factor with 5 treatments and 3 repetitions) was applied. Spirulina sp was reared in 2000 ml media and the dosages of fermented waste applied were P1(20%), ; P2 (40%) ; P3 (60%); P4 (80%) and control. ANAVA results shown that FCount (59.98) > FTable (3.48), it means that the H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. Data obtained in this study shown that the addition of fermented aquaculture liquid waste in the microalgae media positively affects the growth of Spirulina sp. The highest algae population was obtained in T4 (the addition of 80% fermented waste water). In this treatment, the population peak was achieved in the 8th day, it was 5.401.000 cells/ml. It can be concluded the addition of fermented aquaculture waste water was needed to improve the growth of Spirulina sp reared in the peat water media.
