Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru SMP Negeri Kecamatan Langgam Kabupaten Pelalawan
Pedagogic competence is a reflection of the basic teaching abilities of a teacher shown in learning activities. An understanding of students includes an understanding of the psychology of child development. Teachers must be able to educate children so that they need to have a set of knowledge about how to educate children. Pedagogics are very much needed by teachers, especially elementary school teachers because they will deal with immature children. Mastery of teacher pedagogic competence is one of the factors that can affect student learning outcomes.
Pedagogic competence has an important role in improving the teaching and learning process, such as classroom management, use of media, use of teaching methods and so on. Good mastery of pedagogic competence will have a good impact on the quality of learning as well, and vice versa. The implications of this ability will certainly be seen from the ability of the teacher. In mastering the principles of learning, ranging from learning theory to mastery of teaching materials.
After mastering the pedagogic competence, it is expected that the teacher understands the characteristics, character, level of thinking, physical and psychological development of students. By understanding these things the teacher will easily understand the difficulties and ease of students in learning and developing themselves so that the teacher will more easily help students develop. For that we need a good approach, know the science of child psychology and child development and know how the development of children's knowledge.
The importance of a teacher having pedagogic competence to be able to develop the abilities of his students to the maximum because teachers who master several theories about education and understand various educational theories can choose which one is best to improve the development of students. Not only that, teachers are also expected to understand various learning models. The more you understand the many learning models, the easier it will be for a teacher to teach according to the situation of their students.
This research is conducted to overcome the problems of: 1) Is there any influence of work motivation on the pedagogical competence of SMP Negeri Langgam District teachers, Pelalawan District? 2) Is there an influence of organizational culture on the pedagogical competence of SMP Negeri Langgam District teachers, Pelalawan District? 3) Is there a significant positive effect of

work motivation and organizational culture together on the pedagogic competence of SMP Negeri Langgam District teachers, Pelalawan District?
This research is aimed to evaluate and to analyze1) the influence of work motivation on the pedagogical competence of teachers at the Langgam State Junior High School, Pelalawan Regency, 2) the influence of organizational culture on the pedagogic competence of the Langgam State Junior High School teachers, Pelalawan Regency, 3) the influence of work motivation and organizational culture together on pedagogical competence of teachers of SMP Negeri Langgam District, Pelalawan Regency.
The population of this study were teachers of SMP Negeri Langgam District, Pelalawan Regency, which amounted to 80 people and all were studied. The type of data from this research is primary data and secondary data for those obtained from teachers using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Processing of data for descriptive statistical analysis in this study using Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 25 for Windows.
The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between work motivation variables (X1) and organizational culture (X2) on pedagogic competence (Y) at SMP Negeri Langgam District, Pelalawan Regency.
