Letter management process in the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences in University of Riau is done manually which makes the effectiveness and efficiency of letter management low due to human errors. The aim of this research is to build a letter disposition information system in the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences in University of Riau. Many agencies require a letter disposition application because each agency will use correspondence, therefore this system needs to facilitate the flow in an agency which was made with PHP programming language and MySQL as a database. The system is designed using Use Case Diagram, Class Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams which were created using UML (Unified Modeling Language) Software. The system made it easier for employees to dispose of incoming letters at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences in University of Riau.
