This final project discusses the creation of a Web-based Lubuk Sakai Village Office Inventory Data Collection Information System. Inventory data collection in the office has not been systemized and is still done manually or by writing and recapitulated in Microsoft Excel.based Lubuk Sakai Village Office Inventory Data Collection Information System is needed Web and can facilitate the office in inventory data collection. This information system is built using Visual Studio Code and uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database as the database. For the design of the system using Use case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams, which were made using UML (Unified Modeling Language) software.
