One of the efforts to control the rate of Covid-19 is to strengthen the surveillance system at basic health facilities. One of the points that play a key role in breaking the chain of transmission of Covid-19 is contact tracing activities. This activity requires the contact tracer to keep a record of cases. For this reason, the use of a contact tracing data collection system (Silacak) is important in determining the policies that are made. The purpose of this study is to examine the use of the Covid-19 recording system with the Silacak and user acceptance of the Silacak information system at the Sidomulyo Health Center. This research is a qualitative study using a case study design. The silacak is quite useful for the Covid-19 data collection process. Silcak is easy to learn, but still needs to be improved and developed in several ways.
