MSME are productive businesses owned by individuals or business entities that have met the criteria set out in Law No. 20 of 2008. MSME has three criteria, namely micro, small, and medium. The MSME administration service department often has complaints with the existing system of training activities. There is no support system that is owned to carry out training activities and data collection that is carried out manually such as using paper and Microsoft Excel. The purpose of this final project is to build a web-based MSME training activity information system. Data collection is based on observations and interviews using UML (Unified Model Language) modeling. This web-based MSME training activity information system uses the HTML programming language javascript, PHP, Maria DB and MySql as the database, bootstrap as the CSS framework and CodeIgniter as the PHP framework. The result of this research is a web-based MSME training activity information system at UPT-PLUT Riau Province.
