The employee recruitment and selection process is the first process for the company to get the quality employees that the company needs. The need for quality human resources is an absolute necessity for companies to be able to develop and advance in the future. The recruitment and selection process links the company's needs with the existing labor market. The company must first ensure the desired criteria and as a guide in recruiting and selecting employees. This Final Project discusses the Android-Based Employment Application at PT. Kencana Persada Nusantara uses Firebase. The system is built using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) design which consists of Use Cases, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams. This system can help the Company save time in the selection of prospective employees and can choose the right prospective employees
