Pengembangan E-Lkm Berbasis Minyak Jelantah Untuk Meningkatkan Minat Berwirausaha Dan Life Skill Mahasiswa Pendidikan Kimia
A large amount of used cooking oil makes it necessary to treat the waste. Waste cooking oil treatment can provide many benefits. In addition to helping reduce environmental pollution, the use of used cooking oil can be an additional source of income because products made from used cooking oil can be economically valuable and generate profits. Waste used cooking oil processing can be explained through student activity sheets (LKM) in lectures. The LKM for processing used cooking oil can be used in the entrepreneurship course of the chemical education study program. Along with advances in technology, information, and communication, teaching materials used in the learning process also develop and innovate for the advancement of education. Development by utilizing technology, information, and communication, one of which is the development of LKM teaching materials into an electronic based LKM or E-LKM. E-LKM is a teaching material in electronic form that contains a summary, information on instructions for implementing learning tasks in the form of academic tasks, and practical tasks that must be done by students referring to the basic competencies that must be achieved. With the E-LKM, it is easier for students to learn without the need to spend a lot of money and can make students actively involved in the learning process.
Life skills influence interest in entrepreneurship, life skills in entrepreneurship are shown by being able to solve problems in entrepreneurial practice. Low life skills can lead to a lack of courage in taking risks and not being able to solve problems properly. Life skills possessed by a person will be able to grow the ability to utilize themselves such as working and entrepreneurship. The low interest in entrepreneurship and student life skills can be improved by using E-LKM teaching materials which are compiled based on indicators of interest in entrepreneurship and life skills in the learning process.
This study aims to develop an appropriate E-LKM based on used cooking oil and obtain a good and interesting response from users to be used in the learning process, determine the effectiveness of the developed E-LKM on the interest in entrepreneurship and student life skills, and can find out how much the increase in entrepreneurial interest and student life skills before and after using the developed E-LKM.
This study uses the Plomp development model which consists of 5 main stages, namely initial investigation; design; realization or construction; tests, evaluation, and revision; and implementation. The initial product was validated by 3 material experts and 3 media experts who are Riau University lecturers, Sultan Syarif Kasim State Islamic University lecturers, Riau Muhammadiyah University lecturers, Pasir Pengaraian University lecturers, and Pelita Indonesia Institute of Business and Technology lecturers. This study involved 3 lecturers of entrepreneurship courses and 64 students in Pekanbaru. The data collection instruments in this study were a material expert and media expert validation

questionnaire, a lecturer and student response questionnaire, an entrepreneurship interest questionnaire, and a life skills questionnaire.
E-LKM based on used cooking oil was declared feasible to be used in the learning process based on the assessment of material experts with a percentage of 92.13% in the very valid category and the evaluation of media experts with a percentage of 90.70% in the very valid category. The results of user responses indicate that the E-LKM is good and interesting to use based on the assessment of the lecturers with a percentage of 82.93% in the very good category and student assessments with a percentage of 84.51% in the attractive category. The results of the hypothesis test show that there is a significant difference in student interest in entrepreneurship and life skills before and after using E-LKM based on used cooking oil with the same significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is an increase in student interest in entrepreneurship and life skills after using developed E-LKM. The large increase in student interest in entrepreneurship and life skills after using E-LKM based on used cooking oil was obtained using the n-gain score test and obtained a value of 0.82 high categories for interest in entrepreneurship and 0.63 medium categories for life skills.
