Pengaruh Pengalaman Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan (PLP) Dan Lingkungan Keluarga Terhadap Minat Menjadi Guru Pada Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Fkip Unri 2018
This study aims to determine the effect of PLP experience and family environment on interest in becoming a teacher in 2018 economic education students. The population in this study were economic education students who had participated in PLP and the sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique which is a sampling technique based on certain criteria as many as 39 people. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the PLP experience and the family environment had a positive and significant effect on the interest in becoming a teacher in the 2018 class of economic education students with the regression equation Y = 10.617 + 0.416(X1) + 0.698(X2) + e and contributed to the interest in becoming a teacher by 30 ,5%.
