Pengaruh Perubahan Kedalaman Bilik Mata Depan Dan Ketebalan Lensa Terhadap Perubahan Tekanan Intraokular Pasien Katarak Senilis Setelah Operasi Fakoemulsifikasi
Senile cataract is an age related decrease in vision caused by opactly of the lens. This happened because of the lens cells are very susceptible to mechanical disturbances and loss of the chemical composition of the lens with age. Phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation is a surgery that is widely used in the world because very effective in improving visual acuity. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of changes in anterior chamber depth and lens thickness on changes in intraocular pressure in senile cataract patients after phacoemulsification surgery. This are retrospective study with a cross sectional approach included 81 patients. The results showed that there was a significant difference between changes in ACD (Anteror Chamber Depth), changes in LT (Lens Thickness), changes in IOP (Intraocular Pressure) before and after surgery (P=
