Pengaruh Pemberian Kompensasi Terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan Melalui Motivasi Kerja Pada Pt. Gita Riau Makmur Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee loyalty
through work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Gita Riau Prosperous
Pekanbaru. The independent variable is the purchase of compensation (X) and the
intermediary or mediating variable is work motivation (Z). While the dependent
variable is employee loyalty (Y). This study uses a questionnaire with
measurements using a Likert scale. Linear regression analysis technique with the
help of software SmartPLS 3.3.7. The population in this study were 54 employees
of PT. Gita Riau Prosperous Pekanbaru. From the results of the tests conducted,
it shows that the provision of compensation has a positive and insignificant effect
on employee loyalty, the provision of compensation has a positive and significant
effect on work motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on
employee loyalty and the provision of compensation has a positive and
insignificant effect on employee loyalty through work motivation. as an
intervening variable.
