Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada PTPN III Unit Perkebunan Sei Baruhur Sumut
This research was conducted at PTPN III Sei Baruhur Plantation Unit.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational
leadership style and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PTPN III
Sei Baruhur PlantationUnit simultaneously and partially. In this research, the
method used is descriptive andquantitative analysis. SPSS 26 program power
management techniques. The samplein this study was taken from the population
of employees working in the company in 2022 as many as 83 respondents. To
determine the sample using probability sampling method. The technique of
collecting data is through a questionnaire using a questionnaire, the types and
sources of data using primary and secondary data, the technique of collecting
measurements using a Likert scale. From data analysis which includes validity
test, reliability test, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis and
significance test with f test (simultaneous), and t test (partial). The results showed
that transformational leadership style and work motivation had an effect on
satisfaction. Simultaneously, this research had an effect. Partially,
transformational leadership style has no effect on job satisfaction and work
motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction.
