Implementasi Permenkes Nomor 29 Tahun 2019 Tentang Penanggulangan Masalah Gizi Bagi Anak Akibat Penyakit (Studi Kasus Penanganan Stunting Di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir)

Stunting is a crucial issue for the government to be resolved as it
contributes to the quality of Indonesian Human Resources (HR) in the future. In
its implementation, it is necessary to deal with stunting so that the Rokan Hilir
government can run all systems in its district well. However, it is known that there
are still some problems in the socialization process carried out. The stunting
prevention policy applied by the local government of Rokan Hilir Regency is
implemented through the Rokan Hilir Regency Health Office as an element of the
regional apparatus in charge of health. This study aims to see the realization
process of the Rokan Hilir government to overcome the stunting problem by using
qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation,
interview, and documentation. The results of this study can be seen from George
Edward namely Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic
Structure. It seems that stunting management in Rokan Hilir Regency has run well
since it has showed a very drastic decline from year to year until now.
