Pengaruh Pengalaman Usaha, Teknologi Informasi Dan Kemampuan Berwirausaha Terhadap Kinerja Umkm Sektor Industri Pengolahan Makanan Di Kota Pekanbaru Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of business experience, information technology and entrepreneurial ability on the performance of MSMEs in the food processing industry sector in Pekanbaru City during the COVID-19 pandemic. The population in this study includes all MSMEs in the food processing industry sector in Pekanbaru City which are registered with the Industry and Trade Office of Pekanbaru City, totaling 325 business units. In this study, the sample obtained was 76 business units using the Slovin formula with an error limit of 10%.
Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption test. To test the quality of the instrument using the validity test and reliability test, to test the hypothesis in this study using the F test (simultaneous test), t test (partial test) and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R Square) with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Program Society Science) version 25 for windows.
The results showed that the business experience variable had a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, the information technology variable had a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, the entrepreneurial ability variable had a negative and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs and the variables of business experience, information technology and entrepreneurial ability simultaneously had a positive effect. and significant to the performance of SMEs.
