Pengaruh Intellectual Capital, Good Corporate Governance (Gcg), Corporate Social Responsibility (Csr), Non Performing Financing (Npf) Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pada Bank Umum Syariah Periode 2015-2020

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of intellectual capital, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Non Performing Financing (NPF) on financial performance. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study includes 14 Islamic commercial banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the 2015-2020 period. The sample in this study totaling 12 banks. The sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling. To examine the factors the affect the financial performance of Islamic commercial banks, this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital has a significant positive effect on financial performance. Good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility have a positive and insignificant effect on financial performance. And the non performing financing variable has a significant negative effect on the financial performance of islamic commercial banks.
