Pengaruh Gender Dan Religiusitas Terhadap Kecurangan Dengan Perilaku Tidak Etis Sebagai Variabel Mediasi (Studi Empiris Pada Asn Di Opd Pemerintah Kota Pekanbaru)
Abstract
Fraud is actions and acts against the law that usually occur in an organization. This study aims to see how the influence of the variables of Gender and Religiosity on fraud with unethical behavior as an intervening variable in State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Pekanbaru City Government. The population in this study is ASN at the Pekanbaru City Government, as many as 7399 people. The quantitative method is used as an approach method in this research, and slovin is used as a technique in sampling. The criteria needed in sampling are ASN who have positions. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, the questionnaire was distributed directly to the Pekanbaru City Government OPD and also sent a questionnaire via a google form. There were 380 questionnaires analyzed. The results of data analysis using WarpPLS 6.0 show that gender variables and religiosity variables have a positive effect on fraud and a positive effect on unethical behaviour. Unethical behaviour has a positive effect on fraud and unethical behaviour can mediate the effect of gender and religiosity on fraud. The results of this study have a contributed to the government in efforts to reduce and prevent fraud, especially in the government sector.
