Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Pada Rumah Sakit Eria Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted at Eria Hospital Pekanbaru which is located
on KH Ahmad Dahlan Street No.163, Kampung Tengah, Sukajadi, Pekanbaru
City, Riau. The purpose of this research is to find out how the effect of workload,
work environment and work motivation on nurse performance at Eria Hospital
Pekanbaru.
This research is quantitative research. The technique used is multiple
regression analysis. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS version 23
application. The population in this research were all nurses of Eria Hospital
Pekanbaru, totaling 73 people. The sampling technique chosen was saturated
sampling or census so that the entire population was sampled. The data in this
research were obtained by distributing questionnaires to nurses at Eria Hospital
Pekanbaru totaling 73 people.
The results of this study indicate that: 1) Workload has a negative and
significant effect on the performance of nurses at Eria Pekanbaru Hospital, 2)
Work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of
nurses at Eria Pekanbaru Hospital, 3) Work motivation has a positive and
significant effect on the performance of nurses in Pekanbaru. Eria Pekanbaru
Hospital, 4) Workload, work environment and work motivation simultaneously
have a significant effect on the performance of nurses at Eria Pekanbaru
Hospital.
