Profesionalisme Penyuluh Dalam Implementasi Program Kampung Keluarga Berkualitas (KB) Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di Kota Pekanbaru
This study examines the professionalism of instructors in implementing the Quality
Family Village (KB) program during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pekanbaru City in
2021-2022. Considering that family planning instructors are the spearhead of family
development programs, youth development and elderly development to provide
education to the community about the benefits of family planning programs. The
professionalism of family planning instructors in carrying out their duties and services
to the community effectively, efficiently and responsibly. The research has two
objectives, first: to describe the professionalism of instructors in implementing the
Quality Family Village Program (KB) during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pekanbaru
City. Second, identify the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the professionalism
of instructors in the implementation of the Quality Family Village Program (KB) during
the Covid-19 pandemic in Pekanbaru City. The theory used is professionalism which is
measured in four criteria, namely competence, effectiveness, efficiency and
responsibility. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method and uses a
phenomenological approach. So that in the implementation of this research the data
collection techniques were through observation, interviews with the parties in the KB
Village and the Pekanbaru City Population Control and Family Planning Office as well
as documentation. The research has research results, namely the professionalism of
family planning instructors is good based on the criteria of competence, effectiveness,
efficiency and responsibility. This study also found several inhibiting factors, namely
the limited number of family planning instructors, the operation of information
technology and low community participation.
