Service activities carried out by an organization are very influential on the
achievement of quality and the smooth running of the organization's activities as a
whole. DPMPTSP as a public service provider is responsible and continues to
strive to provide the best service to the community. The low quality of public
services provided by government officials is a bad image for the government in
the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategies and
challenges of the Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services in
Maintaining the quality of licensing and non-licensing services in Pekanbaru City,
using qualitative research methods. The results of this study are through an
analysis of the theory of Elitan and Anata 2008 with indicators of the strategy of
the investment department and one-stop integrated services in maintaining the
quality of licensed and non-licensed services in the city of Pekanbaru which have
been running optimally, but there are still some obstacles such as the Covid-19
pandemic. and do not understand online management.
