Komunikasi Gugus Tugas Covid-19 Dalam Meningkatkan Kepatuhan Masyarakat Terhadap Protokol Kesehatan Di Kota Pekanbaru
One of the goals of the Covid-19 task force is to accelerate the handling of Covid-19 through community compliance with health protocols. This is because the Covid-19 period occurred in Indonesia as many as three waves in 2019, 2020, 2021, Covid-19 has not disappeared from the face of the earth so that it requires the public to remain vigilant and obey health protocols in accordance with Regional Regulation (Perda) Number 7 of 2021 concerning Changes Based on Pekanbaru City Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2021 concerning Community Protection from the Spread and Impact of 2019 Corona Virus Disease.
From the Regional Regulation that was passed during the Covid-19 era, it was found that people and even business actors did not comply with health protocols, especially not using masks, not providing a place for washing hands, and often crowding in crowded places. The method used is descriptive qualitative by using purposive sampling. The resource persons taken in this study were five (5) informants with details of three (3) from the Covid-19 task force officer and one (1) from the People's Representative who acted as a communicator, and one (1) from a public figure in this case an advisor. LAM Riau.
As a result, the Covid-19 task force has various strategies and patterns to carry out both preventive and persuasive functions to residents. In addition to direct communication, the task force also formed an organizational structure to support the implementation of handling Covid-19 with various programs, one of which was a tough village. The Task Force also provides discussion rooms, socialization in various media, both conventional and digital, in addition to legal products such as Regional Regulations that must be obeyed by the community so as to produce people who obey the rules.
