ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the Competence of the Village Fund Management Apparatus, Community Participation, Internal Control System, Implementation of the Village Financial System, and Organizational Commitment to Accountability of Village Fund Management in Batang Tuaka Subdistrict and Tembilahan Hulu Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research is a quantitative research where the data used in this research is primary data. The population in this study is the Village Office located in Batang Tuaka Subdistrict and Tembilahan Hulu Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling method consisting of the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Finance Head, Village Planning Head, Village Administration and General Affairs Head, Head of Village Administration with a total of 96 samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression method with IBM SPSS (Statistics of Products and Services Solutions) statistical tool 26. The results in this study found that the Competence of the Village Fund Management Apparatus, Internal Control System, Implementation of the Village Financial System, and Organizational Commitment had a significant influence on Accountability of Village Fund Management in Batang Tuaka Subdistrict and Tembilahan Hulu Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency. Meanwhile, Community Participation does not affect the accountability of village fund management.
