Kelimpahan Dan Pola Distribusi Bivalvia Pada Ekosistem Padang Lamun Di Perairan Desa Jago-Jago, Tapanuli Tengah Provinsi Sumatera Utara
ABSTRACT This research was conducted in May – June 2022 in the waters of Jago-Jago Village, Central Tapanuli. This study aims to determine the abundance and distribution of bivalves in the waters of Jago-Jago Village. The method used is a survey method with purposive sampling of research stations. From the results of research on the types of bivalves found in the coastal waters of Jago-jago Village during the study, there were 6 types of species. Based on the results of the ANOVA test, it is known that the abundance of bivalves in the coastal waters of Jago-jago Village shows a significant value obtained < 0.05, which is 0.016. This states that the difference in abundance between stations differs markedly. The average organic matter content at station I is 4.59%, muddy sand substrate with an abundance value of 4.33 ind/m2. At station II the organic matter content is 4.05% with a sand substrate and an abundance value of 3.11 ind/m2. The organic matter content at station III is 6.39% sandy mud substrate with an abundance value of 6.11 ind/m2. The highest relative abundance of bivalves found at station 3 is the species Donax sp. which is 32.72%.
